What we do

We build a single engineering chain that runs from the sensor to the interface. We develop wearable sensor systems, control and telemetry infrastructure for autonomous systems, communication systems, and simulation solutions for both military and civil use. From circuit board design to embedded firmware, from ground station interfaces to data analysis, every layer is built by our own team.

Our approach

We do not treat hardware and software as two separate jobs. The size of a sensor destined for a flight suit, the power it draws and the shape of the data it produces are decided at the same table. That integrated approach produces systems that work in the field, can be verified, and can be maintained predictably.

We do not deliver closed boxes. The reasoning behind design decisions, the tests performed and the values measured are reviewed together with the customer, and every system is closed out against acceptance criteria written before the work began.

Where the name comes from

"Paragon" refers to the perfect example of something, the gold standard to be achieved, or a flawless model that serves as a benchmark and is used for comparison in a given field. Aerospace is one of those engineering fields where there is zero margin for error and perfection is a necessity. We founded our company on this exact idea, with the goal of becoming the "Paragon" of the industry.

Where we are going

Our aim is for aerospace electronics designed and built in Türkiye to be usable in international programmes. That runs not through one-off products but through a reusable technology base: shared sensor architectures, shared telemetry protocols and a common simulation core.

How we work

Vertical integration

Circuit design, embedded firmware, ground software and data analysis all run in one team, so nothing is lost at the interfaces.

Verifiability

Every system is defined by measurable acceptance criteria before delivery, and tested against them.

Built for the field

High altitude, low temperature and a tight power budget are starting conditions of the design, not problems solved afterwards.

Transparent engineering

Customers see not only the result but the design decisions and test data that led to it.
